1. Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Guides, Courses)

All sales of digital products are final. Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once access is granted or the download link is delivered.

If you experience an issue accessing or using your product, please contact us—we’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.

2. Automation Services & Custom Workflows

For done-for-you services (such as AI workflow builds or system setups), refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase only if work has not started.

If any portion of the service has already been delivered, a partial refund may be considered based on the scope of completion.

3. Subscriptions & Consulting Packages

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Once canceled, you will not be charged for future billing cycles.
We do not provide refunds for subscription periods already billed or for completed sessions in multi-session packages.
